Toys for Kiddos Tomorrow at 3pm

Posted on Dec 22, 2013 in Service Projects

We'll be meeting tomorrow at 3:00pm in the main south/east lobby of Covenant Children's Hospital.  To those of you who have donated gifts for this effort, THANK YOU!

Of course, you can never have too many gifts to hand out to kiddos in the hospital, so feel free to bring more tomorrow!  We can especially use gifts appropriate for all ages of kids, from infants up through teens.  Stuffed animals and the like would be ideal.

For other gift ideas, the folks at Covenant have the following suggestions and guidelines:

  • The best kinds of gifts to bring include coloring or activity books, crayons, markers, play dough, bubbles, stickers, blankets, pillow pets, arts and crafts, new stuffed animals, new toys, etc.
  • Please do not bring any kind of food or drinks, small toys that may pose a choking hazard, or used toys or stuffed animals.

We look forward to seeing those of you who can help distribute these gifts tomorrow at 3pm.  It should only take an hour or so, and will be a fun way to bless folks in our city.
